By purchasing or using BreakEdge Gold Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

  • 1.1. Upon payment, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license is granted to you.
  • 1.2. The license allows use on one (1) live MetaTrader 5 account only.
  • 1.3. Use on demo accounts is permitted strictly for testing purposes.

2. Restrictions

  • 2.1. You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share the software.
  • 2.2. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
  • 2.3. You may not use the software on multiple accounts without additional licenses.
  • 2.4. You may not remove proprietary notices.
  • 2.5. You may not claim ownership of the software.

3. Refund Policy

  • 3.1. A 30-day money-back guarantee is offered.
  • 3.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • 3.3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • 3.4. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in case of abuse or fraud.

4. Financial Disclaimer

  • 4.1. The software does not constitute financial or investment advice.
  • 4.2. No guarantees of profit are provided.

5. Risk Disclosure

  • 5.1. Trading involves significant risk of loss.
  • 5.2. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • 5.3. Automated systems may fail due to technical or market conditions.
  • 5.4. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Updates & Support

  • 6.1. Updates are included for the lifetime of the software.
  • 6.2. Support is provided via email at support@breakedgegold.com on a best-effort basis.

7. Subscription Terms

  • 7.1. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • 7.2. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal.
  • 7.3. Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • 7.4. Pricing may be updated with prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • 8.1. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • 8.2. This includes trading losses, loss of profits, or data.
  • 8.3. Total liability is limited to the amount paid.

9. Termination

  • 9.1. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation.
  • 9.2. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law

  • 10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.
  • 10.2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of your country of residence.
